Q:  What cameras can this insert fit?

A:  The insert is 13cm / 5.1 inch wide (able to fit a 12.7cm / 5 inch Sony A7 III), height is 21cm / 8.2 inch (able to fit a Sony A7 III + Sony FE 70-200 F4 G OSS).

Q:  Other than the Sony A7 III, what other cameras can fit in?

A:  Nikon Z6/Z7、Canon EOS R/RP、FujiFilm X-T3 etc.

Q:  What size lenses can be fitted in?

A:  The insert is 21mm high, anything within that range will fit (anon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM、Sigma 70-200mm f/2.8 DG OS HSM Sports).

Q:  Why are the lids in different widths? What is the correct positioning?

A:  The different widths of the lids prevents the camera from being scratched by the zippers when taken out. The correct positioning of the insert would be the short side near to the opening of the bag and the long side hidden within the compartment.

Q:  When the insert is in place, will other pockets be effected?

A:  No.

Q:  Will the “Interior Modules” be used when the insert is in place?

A:  Yes, other than in the interior of the bag, they could also be used inside the insert.

Q:  Is the insert waterproof?

A:  No, the insert is not waterproof nor water repellent.

Q:  What can I do if the insert gets dirty?

A:  You can use some warm soap water and lightly scrub the surface and then use a clean cloth to dry it off.
